If you are interested in having me as your doula, I will gladly meet with you at no charge to answer questions. Then you can make the decision if you want me at the birth or not.
If you choose me as your doula, the following will all be available to you:
- A prenatal meeting to discuss your preferences for birth
- Optional childbirth class to prepare you for the birth
- Continuous support starting at any time during labor
- Lots of encouragement
- Simple massage
- Labor snacks to increase energy
- Help with initial breastfeeding
- Photography during and/or after birth
- A written account of the birth
- One postpartum visit a few days after the birth
I am currently charging $200 for the whole package. But I am willing to discuss other options for payment.
